Many of the panties I’ve made in the past are still in good shape. I have beige, ivory, black and a few other colors all still doing well. But I didn’t have any turquoise. So I needed some matchy matchy panties.
I had some turquoise cotton Lyrcra in my stash, and some turquoise stretch lace trim.
Of course I reached for my two favorite panty patterns. The House Morrighan Clover Boy Brief and the Kwik Sew 2286.
Let’s start with the Clover briefs.
These are my favorite hipster. It’s a modern hipster, and as soon as HM is selling her patterns again, I’ll let you know.
Yes, I do love this pattern. I like how it looks a bit like a boy short, but it’s not sewn together the same a boy short is. It also fits me a lot better than boy shorts.
My next favorite panty pattern is an older one, and you might be able to find it on Ebay, or Etsy. It’s the Kwik Sew 2286 pattern.
Yes definitely an older style of hipster, but I still love it.
These both came together easily, and I’m happy with them both.
Now, onto my sloper progress.
The Sure Fit Designs sloper does not fit so well.
Both my friend and I have the bust point too low. I’m thinking since we were working together, we both made the same mistake. So I need to raise the bust, but I’m also thinking this is too big.
Back to the drawing board on this one.
Happy creating!
